Hi. I’m a Harvard-trained lawyer, negotiator, consultant, writer, and single divorced mom of a five-year-old boy. I never expected to practice family law, and then a few years ago I went through a collaborative divorce myself and discovered a transformative, empowering legal process. I also realized I’d found a process that relies on professionals with exactly my expertise in law, negotiation, consulting, and writing.

I founded Vasher Collaborative Family Law to help clients navigate divorce, separation, custody, and co-parenting matters with clarity, dignity, and care. Before opening my practice, I built a career at the intersection of law, negotiation, leadership development, and conflict resolution, training professionals, executives, and teams in negotiation, communication, decision-making, and leadership.
That background deeply shapes the way I practice family law. I understand that divorce is not just a legal process. It can mean creating a new family structure, building a new co-parenting relationship, making important financial decisions, and figuring out what the next chapter of life will look like. My role is to help clients understand their options, think strategically about what matters most, and make thoughtful decisions with confidence.
My practice is especially well-suited for people who want to stay out of court when possible, protect their children from unnecessary conflict, and approach family transitions with honesty, preparation, and compassion. I bring practical legal guidance, strong negotiation skills, and a steady focus on long-term family well-being.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring both my professional expertise and my personal experience to clients who need a lawyer to guide, counsel, empower, and serve them through one of the most consequential transitions of their lives.
